How to add a video player to an article:
In the Joomla admin panel (demo/demo), under the article text editor, you will see an “Add Video” button. This will launch the Add Video flow in a lightbox:
Step 1: Player options
- Video Type: either add a single non-editable video or create an editable mix from a sequence of videos and images.
- Aspect Ratio and Size: choose normal or widescreen – this will affect the available pre-defined sizes or enter custom width for your player.
Step 2: Select Content
- Follow the steps in the Uploader wizard to browse your desktop, record from webcam or import media.
Step 3: Preview
- Enter video title (will be inserted into the HTML)
- Select player skin and choose if you want to add a “Share” button for syndication of content.

Note that the database is refreshed on a regular basis so do not put any critical data here that you do not want to lose.
